The apartments are nice but bad area and on top of gas station.

Seller Response: Ms. Martinez I don't see how Roaring River is a bad area. It is a rural area in downtown Roaring River and within walking distance to the elementary school. Yes, these apartments are over a gas station but have been heavily insulated against the noise. We have worked hard to keep them very clean and updated.
